多少有些不理解,东京比赛只不过在亚洲有名气而已，而且每年的比赛也逐渐有些猫腻，无论比赛水准，参赛人员，评委（日本本国），，，在亚洲是数得上，难道更多欧洲的赛事不如日本？还是因为有更多的中国学生获奖？，，，

■Remark

Freechoice program must be pieces for solo. Cadenza of concerto is not admitted onepiece.
No change nor addition of program will be accepted after registration unlessthe organizer requests any alteration to fulfill the requirements. Theapplicants could ask the organizer any questions about free pieces and playingtime before application. Anyone will be disqualified, on breaking the rules onthe day of performance, for example not playing the program submitted, freepieces different from program submitted, playing longer or shorter than playingtime of rules which excludes time of tuning and interval. The Japanese versionwill be the valid one in case of doubt in the interpretation of the rules.
